We are a mixed billing practice. Patients with a Pre-booked doctor’s appointment made at least one day in advance and a valid Medicare card or valid OSHC/OVHC insurance* may be BULK BILLED on Monday to Friday.
A standard fee applies for Saturday and Sunday consultations, same-day appointments, and for walk-in patients without an appointment (including Children, Pensioners and Health Care Card holders).
From 1st Jan 2023, a standard fee also applies for a long consultation appointment(>=20mins) for all patients.
From 1st Nov 2023, a standard fee also applies for the initial consultation of all NEW patients and all patients without GP consultations in the last 12 months.
*for OSHC/OVHC holders, the direct bill is only available for patients with eligible OSHC/OVHC insurance cards from certain companies.
Nurse appointment is BULK BILLED at any time.
